Please Read Before Confirming a Party

Booking A Party

• A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the party. Payable in cash or credit/debit. We do not accept checks.
• Date of party cannot be changed once party has been booked.
• All parties, weekday and weekend are 90 minutes long.

•  You will be contacted approximately 5 days prior to the date of your party. All cake, pizza and guest count confirmations will need to made at this time. If a call is not returned in 24 hours, we will attempt a second call. If we cannot reach you, a 1/4 sheet vanilla cake with white butter cream frosting, balloons/sprinkles and appropriate wording will be ordered and cannot be changed.
• If a guest count is confirmed higher than 15 children and the actual attending guests comes in under 15, we will waive the $11.00 per child charge for children who did not show up. Additional charges will be added to final bill to cover the extra pizza and cake ordered to cover the higher count.
  Note: All leftover food is yours to take home.
       Additional fees are as follows: $10.00/cake upgrade & $10.00 for pizza.
• All guests, adult and children are required to take off their shoes and wear socks. If they do not wish to buy their own, we will supply them a pair and add the $1.00 per pair to the final bill. We encourage families to bring extra socks from home to help avoid any additional charges.
• Hosting families may arrive NO EARLIER than 10 minutes prior to start of party.
• Guests will be allowed to enter the play floor at the start of the party and are asked to leave promptly as a courtesy to the next family.
• We ask that parents with children 4 years old and younger remain on premises during the party.
• All guests who drop their children off MUST sign the drop off sheet and fill out all required information before leaving. By signing this form, the hosting parent them be comes responsible for the child.
• As hosting parent, you are responsible for the individual behavior of each child at the party. Your party hosts are here to entertain, serve and ensure the children have a safe and enjoyable time while at the party. It is not their responsibility to correct unruly behavior.
• Children who cannot correct unruly behavior after warnings have been given will be asked to find another activity for the remainder of the party. All children 10 months and older will be counted as “attending guests” and subject to fees.

• Outside food, including ice cream, may not be brought in for any party. Please speak to our party coordinator if you have allergy issues.
• Absolutely no homemade food may be brought in and served at any time. Exception is for individual children with food allergies.
• Additional pizza and cake can be ordered to accommodate attending adults. All requests must be made no later than 5 days for cake and 2 days for pizza. Additional food will be added onto final bill and due in full at the end of party.
• We request all beverages brought in for adults be in 2 liter form and not individual cans or bottles.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed,
         Gratuity is not included in final bill.

The Sandbox is not responsible for injury to any guest while they are at our facility.
All party guests will be the sole responsibility of the hosting parent
if a child's parents are not present.
