GROUP ADMISSION

Discounted admission is available for guaranteed groups of 10 or more children. Groups must call in advance and speak to our party coordinator to reserve a time. Group rates will not apply without reservation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can we wear our shoes?

No - we are a no-shoe facility and require everyone to take of their shoes and wear socks. This policy is in place to keep our facility clean as well as ensuring the safety of the children. Socks may be purchased for just $1.00. Available in adult and children sizes.

Can we bring in our own food?

Yes - however, we do offer an assortment of reasonably priced healthy snacks and drinks for purchase.  No birthday cakes or party food are allowed.

Can we bring in our stroller?

We do not prohibit strollers, but due to limited space, we ask they are brought in only when necessary. All strollers will need to be folded and stored on our busier days.

Do you need to be a member?

No - There are no membership or registration fees for open play or birthday parties.

Why is the age limit eight years?

We want to give families with young children, a place all their own. The age limit helps ensure the safety of our youngest guests.

Older siblings who are "helping" may not play on any of the equipment. If they are doing so, they will be asked to sit in the snack area.

As a courtesy to all our guests, we ask that children exhibiting symptoms of a contagious illness visit us after they are feeling better.
